It was me who said heating was a waste of moneyAnd I stand by it!
Admittedly I have a freakish ability to resist the cold due to a ridiculously fast metabolism. Only stopped wearing shorts all year because I got a job again.
And I'd be very surprised if your flat was as cold as the ship I used to live on. That was the coldest place in the known universe, I even had to wear a jumper!
