Safari on the Macis slightly different as the main bugbear I have with it is that on windows it doesn't even pretend to try and fit in with the user interface conventions.
The spell check is Mac system wide I believe. (I'm not 100% sure, I haven't used a Fisher Price computer in a while) ;-)
