They're doing the same sort of thing over here. Heard it on the news a day or so ago..... Generaly speaking, any particuarly retarded law bought in in another country we tend to adopt it too. Don't get me wrong, it's not the best thing that kids could be getting up to, but surely it's kinda the parent's responsibility to keep an eye on them? And maybe not get them a phone that takes photos and such if it's that much of a problem? They certainly don't deserve to have their futures ruined over it.(I had a look for a link to the story but I couldn't find it, but yeah....)
