One place that used to be great
was Questionswap.com - rather like qotw except you just got one question which you answered and you asked a question too. The replies then were graded by the person asking the question (all anonymously) and you move up the leaderboard. The forum was pretty good too.

It was on there that someone suggested b3ta to me...I'd never heard of it before.

I stopped going to QS though when the server got slower and slower. Haven't been back so I've no idea if it's speeded up yet.
