MmmmmmmmmmmThe neurotoxic venoms can all do that, but they rend to kill by repiratory failure. Now the sea snakes are fantastically fast killers!
I don't think that would be a good idea though as if a seamingly health person drops dead they tend to dig quite deep in the autopsy.
EDIT It depends on the vemon, and if you have any breaks in the skin on the way down, or in the stomach.
