Use one of those file hosting sitesRapidshare, Megaupload, YouSendIt, etc
If it's separate tracks then just rar it to keep them together.
Or (what I'm planning to do), stick them together so it's one continuous gapless mp3, and maybe provide a .cue file so it burns as multiple tracks for those who want to put it on a CD.
