Ah, the police eh?Yep, like the NHS and the teaching profession, they are realy hurting from the entire Third Way bollocks spurted out by Giddens and his new labour fanclub. The idea that structures and investment from the private sector can be grafted seamlessly onto the public sector is laughable at best and dangerous at worse.
