but then I also disagree with Off Topic.
Actually, I disagree with rules. Call them heuristics or guidelines and more people might be less inclined to ignore them.
Also: can we just separate QOTW from Off Topic entirely? Then you can have your wee rules for this place and we can just carry on as normal over on QOTW.
