@Kitty.I was born and brought up in Blackburn and left when I was 16, many moons ago. I moved about a bit and now work in Burnley but live in West Yorkshire.
I'm sure Blackburn is probably nicer than when I lived there but I can't imagine it's changed that much.
I think the cellar bar is a bit after my time there.
God it was a depressing place.
