Sickdays and vigilanism
I still haven't found out my current company's sickpay policy, but at my last office-job, if you took more than 5 days per year off sick, you wouldn't be paid for them. I only get 21 days paid holiday (not including bank-holidays), and 11 of these days are fixed to certain dates. I heard the minimum holiday allowance was going to be increased this year.

I've often wanted to go vigilante but can't think of anything right now. However, when I was in Ukraine, a bunch of people went vigilante on my behalf and chucked the ticket inspector out of the tram who was trying to charge me a fine of £1.20 for not having an extra ticket for my luggage.
