They do the BEST fucking curries this side of the Atlantic and I am stuffed full of chicken madras.

Seriously - it's the best curry dish of all time. It's like someone's taken a huge vat of lamb curry and reduced it over a period of days to a sticky, caramelised rich dark brown oozy mess.
