I am in exactly this situationExcept I'm the girl and I have never spewed over the side of his bed or put a face near my minge whilst on the blob. Ew.
Talk to her. Establish some ground rules. If you just ditch her that's pretty harsh - especially if you were friends in the first place. Ask her how she sees the two of you, and explain to her that you like it casual, but you're not interested in taking it any further. If she can handle that, then it's fine to continue. If she doesn't think she can handle that, then that's when you need to cut her out of your life. Don't just stop things without telling her - that's nasty.
So... TALK TO HER.
