I'm the opposite, I change my accent to be like who I'm talking toI've gone quite a bit more Welshy since I moved back here (albeit to something most people wouldn't recognise as a Welsh accent, although it is one), but if I go dahn sarf I'll slip back into estuary English (lived in Surrey for years), and I even found myself going slightly Yorkshireish last time I was there, as I have a lot of Yorkshireish friends.
