I do actually have that experienceAlthough I don't think trying to diffuse murderers and rapists who are angry because their solicitor didn't win their appeal is the same as trying to calm down someone who's on fire. I'll give it a shot though!
I do very much like the idea of having the power over whether or not you get a fire engine dispatched. You shall be polite or burn!!!!
