VC - when you're bowling, don't look at the pins, focus on the little triangles on the floor that are a yard or so in front of you. Your aim will be much better that way.

1. Stand in exactly the same spot before each roll
2. Lead off with the opposite foot to your bowling arm. Throw the ball with that foot forward (a couple of steps later obviously)
3. Aim for the arrows not the pins
