Low GI
is one of the best diets as it fills you up without you overeating and you stay full for a long time, plus it's simple. Things like brown rice, wholewheat pasta, etc, are low GI, meaning they break down slowly. Things with sugar and crap in them are high GI, so they break down quicker, making you hungry quicker. From what I've heard from other women, weightwatchers is notorious for being effective enough to keep you buying into their shite, but not effective enough to actually work long term. The only way to get slim and stay slim is to eat well and exercise. It can be fun though, I took up pole dancing with my friends and that's worked wonders, you could try martial arts or something. If it's fun it doesn't feel like exercise.
