ahaha/bites lips to stop from laughing.
I have a confession. We occasionally get people in at work (backpackers mostly) who have the thickest scottish accents I've ever heard and I can nae understand a word of it.
I think they have a bit of trouble understanding me though as well. I speak quickly or mumble when I'm nervous.
