I got hold of the Quest engine a few years ago (can't remember what it's called)The first one, like Police Quest 1 & Space Quest 1, not the later ones. Wrote my own games on it, took fucking ages!*
I still replay them every couple of years, they show their age graphics wise but the gameplay is still amazing. Monkey Island is great, strangely these days I've only got that in Italian and for Mac, which makes it more challenging...
