Thats kind stig, not sure what to suggest as it's all a bit confidential!!However a vlookup would be able to do it however the cells to be compared are slightly different and I'm n ot sure excel can deal with that!
Also the look up column may have two identical cells but with diffrerent info realted to them and I need both, god I'm boring myself!
