stat demand themif they don't want to be wound up or made bankrupt, they will have to pay you within 21 days. it's the quick and dirty way to get a response.
do a companies house search against the company, www.companieshouse.gov.uk, check it's not in admin. then serve a stat demand. it will cost you around #500 - 750 plus VAT if you instruct a law firm, or i will draft it for you for free on a purely friendly, not in a solicitor/client relationship, if you gaz me the details?
