Here ya go badger=IF(AND(COUNT(F35)=0,F35<>""),1,0)
That'll show a 0 if the cell is blank or has numbers in it and 1 if there's text.
:edit: Hey ducky. Badger if you want a 1 if it's got numbers in it too then use the rubber one's formula.
