I don't see anything in that link that contradicts what I said, it agrees with me!It's saying America uses more toilet paper per capita than Europe; presumably all those Frenchies with bidets are dragging the average down.
Britain apparently uses more than any other country though. Sources here and here - they differ on numbers (unless the average life expectancy of a Briton is 36, which seems unlikely) but agree that Britain uses the most.
