What are you having problems with, particularly?I don't use CSS an awful lot but this looks like it'd be fairly simple. Can't see any browser compatibility problems, it's all pretty standard.
Have you tried using any of the solutions via Google and seeing what they do?
Or are you just hoping someone'll do it for you? :P
Edit: I don't have Dreamweaver on this machine and am too lazy to switch to the other one, but have just been informed it should be able to do it in a WYSIWYG stylee.
