Well, if you look at
Red Meat, it uses cut-and-paste a lot to cut down on the artwork. A friend copied a lot of the images and wrote a site to allow you to make your own Red Meat comics.

Ideal for me because I cannot draw at all. Plus it's necessarily a very structured format - three panels, one or two characters per panel, who can only say one thing per panel. So you have to really think to turn an idea into a comic. I've got a load I've done over the years, almost all original gags.

So it's about a bunch of disturbed people who live in a disturbed town, hopefully a lot like the Red Meat strips linked above but also with a lot of me in them.
