Disits ok, im starting out on a shared ownership buying 30% of a 2 bedroom apartment, with a 3 year fixed and have triple checked the
outgoings and Ihave plenty of wiggle room.
The mortgage and rent of the other 70% is considerably less than I was paying out on renting a room and paying off my loan so should be ok.
