PsycheFiling should NEVER be done correctly, file it all wrong on principle!
On a related note, one of my hats where I work is as QC manager, at the moment I'm gearing up for our ISO 9001 audit (internal then external audits), and have just found a procedural document referring to 'filling' all the way through. For some reason the words 'Sales filling is the responsibility of administrative assistants' have made me giggle like a schoolgirl.
Edit: @ TGB I'm not trying to be mysterious and intriguing, I just fancied going back to anonymity really. Think of me as a new user if you want, I just told people that I was the second account of a regular so that you'd all know that I know you all. Or something.
