Breakfast
I've just eaten 3 bowls of "Special K" with gold-top milk. Am I missing the point? I can't even fit into my wife's red swimsuit at the best of times and now I'm a bit bloated I don't want to risk it.

Edit: By the way, 'red swimsuit' isn't a euphamism

I think you're meant to do that every day for 3 weeks
before you see the results.
