okayI said it earlier and I'll say it again.
Cut him out of your life if you have to.
Get a new sim card. Get your current contacts transferred over and delete his. Destroy old sim card. Tell everyone you have on your contacts list that they are not under any circumstances to give out your new number.
It sounds harsh I know but if he is making you this upset after you have repeatedly told him to fuck right off then you need to do something, anything to get a bit of space.
