AmazonWeren't they originally under the Amazon brand?
I was with Amazon and had no complaints. There was one DVD I sent back but they never received it. I emailed them to remind them that I'd returned it as they were still listing it as being in my possession. They replied with "Ok, it probably got lost in the post" and I wasn't charged any extra. Probably on the shelf of some post office worker now.
Apart from that, a great service. Plus, you're not limited to films that are at least 18 months old.
