The best part of this morningwas when I hooked up the grease gun to lubricate the bearings,pumped away with it for a minute and wondered where the hell all the grease was going, then heard a hiss and pop as the rubber O-ring popped out and sent a ribbon of green grease shooting out. I had to take the plate back off, wipe grease off of everything, put the O-ring back and put it all back together, then do it over again.
I can still smell it on me- the shit will be in my skin for days.
EDIT: and going back to the subject of DSO, it seems that Ann-Louice Lögdlund actually is an opera singer with stage credits. Here are a couple of shots of her, anyway.
