Suedefinitely sue.
The favours and balloons we ordered for our wedding still haven't turned up, despite being ordered in good time and well within the 3-5 days delivery time. We got married 6 days ago.
Not happy. Apparently they were sent yesterday. They're going straight back...
Likewise the cufflinks ordered for me with special next day delivery (£6.50 for guaranteed speedy postage) at the beginning of last week - they still haven't bloody turned up either.
What is it with customer services in this fucking country?
