Honestly it would just be a ho-hum thingyou know, haha our customers are shit.
Except our customers are the police forces of England and Wales, who apparently can't do even simple things like create a rule in outlook to send a response when they get an email from a particular address.
I mean, I know nothing about outlook but I can do that.
