and it's bloody beautiful with a nice acidic red wine (also goes well with chablis I've found). The acid just cuts right through the fat of the duck and makes it taste sharper somehow. hmmmmm
Duck is the one meat I will actually willingly eat.
EDIT: Kaol - I wouldn't eat them. you're too far away!
