@TlentifiniMaarhaysuWell, in fairness, it was only a brief shot, and it'd be easy enough to do with a dummy... but... yeah.
I'd heard about her sex being different in the novel - but, within the context of the film, I don't think that that was brought out or needed to be. Not being a girl could cover being a vampire...
