The Sausage Jockey(tm)It's shaped like a little jockey but with extremely bowed legs (adjustable). It fits over a sausage on the grill and prevents it from splitting. Genius! Given the debate over whether sausages should be pricked or not, the Sausage Jockey(tm) comes with a removable big metal pricker between the legs.
