Nah, CDex can't do itThat's my weapon of choice for ripping CDs to mp3, it has an AAC encoder so you can rip to AAC, but strangely not the other way round.
I've downloaded iTunes onto a spare machine I've got here, at least then it's not gonna fuck up my computer, and I can always reformat/set fire to/exorcise the other one afterwards.
