Speaking of foodI made mince and veg last night (yum yum) and along with the usual veggies I added a parsnip. I was previously under the impression that parsnip was a one trick pony, but it dispersed a subtle hum of sweetness throughout.
Anybody got any parsnip recipes I can venture toward? Grilling with honey seems a contender.
