VC is saying she doesn't have the moneyso how is she expecting to pay for Uni? If you have a place on a uni course, then getting a visa is more straightforward, but to get the place you need to show you can pay. VC seems to be saying, let me come over, i'll promise to earn money and then go to uni, but my point is that, no matter how nice VC is, there are lots of people form the UK already who are capable of working as waitresses. So why should she be allowed to come and take the place of them?
