This is a good planbut the problem is that it involves people and people aren't a continuous variable. I can model peoples behaviours but, using a scoring system similar to that in Oz, we could (a) create a system that's appropriate to the economic needs of the UK and (b) build it and we'd STILL get bleeding-heart-liberal-scum-sucking-****s complaining about it.
Well you know what? Fcuk 'em.
