...if they're spring cleaning F1 they can retire the dwarfen wide boy in charge of it too, thus improving my F1 experience.
Having said that, it's back on the BBC and accompanied by "The Chain". All we need now is sparks from the underside of cars and slightly singed Austrians to bring it back to its heyday.

but Brawn are racing this year with a car Honda, in the major part, spent millions and millions of pounds developing last year.
Brawn is a 'new' team virtually in name only.
As for this announcement from Ferrari, they may well be calling the FIA's bluff here, but it could backfire terribly if the FIA stands by its plans.
Personally, I think having a two-tiered championship based on a budget cap for some teams who have fewer technical restrictions would potentially be suicide for Formula 1 as a whole.
