So my bum grapes are playing up again
and I called the doctor to make an appointment to see him tomorrow (to make sure it is bum grapes). When the receptionist asked the reason for my visit, she burst out laughing when I said "I'm shitting blood"! Then apologized profusely before chuckling again saying "I can't write that down". I was laughing with her, but believe me I won't be when my gorgeous doctor has his finger up my arse.
