You need more study.

Sorry to be brutal, but the world and his dog has a degree; many of them have psychology degrees; and many of them have vague ideas about doing something with children. And - trust me - they'll all have been to everywhere suggested here with their well-designed CVs on scented notepaper.

The queue is long.

You need to make yourself stand out. That means shit-hot work experience. And that, in turn, means making yourself stand out academically.

There's no point fannying around. The treadmill's hard to get on. Once you're on, though, you should be OK.
