Twice baked???Is that yesterday's leftover once-baked potatoes?

NahBake them, scoop them, put the skins back in the oven to crisp up, mash the potato with the cheese, sauce and chives, then scoop the mash back into the skins and bake for another twenty minutes or so.
Bloody brilliant.
