It does doesnt it!Or at least it did to me after the first 3/4 of a bottle anyway.
Unfortunately they don't mix at all well, the vodka sits on top and when stirred in the milk curdles and clumps nastily!
Ruined the milkshake totally so I had to go get another. Luckily I live 30 seconds walk from McD's, this might explain how I got fat! ;)
