Got a good amount of sleep before if you can
Keep busy. Don't work near a bedroom. Take regular breaks outside, light exercise. Showers work well - not a bath though.

Eat well, but not too much. Avoid alcohol. Don't use stimulants until you really, really need them, otherwise you'll get used to them. Naps will be unavoidable - schedule them, 15 minutes every 3-4 hours.

No sex or masturbation, it just makes you sleepy

All tricks learned in the theatre when doing long load-ins and rehearsals...

I'd stay the hell away from naps...
It's perfectly possible to stay up overnight until the next night without reporting to tempting naps :)

I've done it before.

Just as long as I don't lose it and try to sacrifice something/one to the rising sun I shall make it.

Massively looking forward to Monday. I shall drink till many bad things happen. And then I shall drink again.
