Cock Ups (Intentional or otherwise)
As some of you might be aware I spent a lot of last year in Hong Kong working on the development and installation of a model (author:Ed:)).

During the course of the gig there we discovered that the IP owned by, erm, me was being stolen by the client when I and my time had left the office for the evening. Who said "copyright"?

We decided en masse to ensure that we could provide them with a small offer they couldn't refuse - by placing a deliberately wrong bit of code in the program for them to ensure that they'd not be able to run the model after we left and had to fix it themselves (proud of it? well ... I suppose not, but I felt *really* good at the time).

What intentional cock-ups have you made?

Not telling anyone at work how to fix the x-ray processor before I left
I didn't break it, it breaks itself. Frequently. Hence I am now called upon frequently to fix it and I charge the appropriate rate.
