Nah, fuck it. On a boatfull of tourists, who in the hell is going to accost a teary eyed woman chucking ashes off the back of the boat? Pretty much guarantee NOBODY!
When my brother came out last year, and we did it off the local pier (again, illegal)....a bunch of cops were on some training thing, walked past us, stopped, and bowed there heads.
And if I get a ticket, so what? Mum would have laughed her fucking arse off!
