You have a go at them hard enough, they willIt's like getting blood from a stone though.
I'm familiar with Walsh Western too - they're on my blacklist as a part of Lynx. I'm very picky as to who I use as a carrier at work - I'd rather pay more and not make the money than it not get there at all and have an unhappy customer. Who will then shout at me. I dislike being shouted at.
