me tooI did the same... no smokes till last friday for 3 weeks. i had about 15 (I was trollied) And now i'd happily kill for one. Thig is, i've got a friend coming to visit tomorrow, and she smokes like a chimney. Think i'd be better off admitting defeat for the weekend, or trying to power through the boozing with no fags?

How about saying to her that you've had one setback already, so you'd appreciate if she doesn't smoke around youand definitely no smoking in the house?

no such luckI live in a house full of fairly heavy smokers, its just normally I shut myself off in the dining room, hence avoiding the worst of it. My biggest issue is not smoking whilst drinking...
