Liberally spike all the food with hallucinogenswhen they finally collapse slightly rearrange and redecorate the main areas. Just a slightly different shade of paint, slightly different furniture. Just enough that they're not sure if they've just misremembered.
Repeat until they all go insane and turn on each other.
